“Write it on your heart
that every day is the best day in the year.
He is rich who owns the day, and no one owns the day
who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities, no doubt crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can, tomorrow is a new day;
begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit
to be cumbered with your old nonsense.
This new day is too dear,
with its hopes and invitations,
to waste a moment on the yesterdays.”

Mike and I spent our 2nd superbowl together.. We usually root for opposite teams, but yesterday we seemed to come together. It wasn’t an absolutely fabulous day but it was better than last year. Last year we spent it with the kiddos, Joe and Kim. This year we went to my brothers, had deep fried turkey and mike won 20 dollars!!! :) He was a bit cranky and we conflicted a little bit, but then again I would have been crabby too if I woke up at 3 am and played army all day.
Being in love doesn’t mean that every single day will be that “fairy tale” but love means still being in love at the end of that not so perfect day.
